All cheeses are vacuum-sealed or wrapped in specialty breathable paper, then placed in insulated thermal liners with reusable gel ice packs to ensure they remain at the optimal temperature during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to guarantee the freshness and quality of our perishable products. We utilize expedited shipping methods for all orders.
How should I store my cheese once it arrives?
We recommend removing the cheese from the shipping box immediately and placing it in your refrigerator. Keep it in the vegetable crisper drawer, ideally wrapped in wax paper or parchment to allow the cheese to breathe while maintaining moisture.
Are your cheeses pasteurized?
We offer a curated selection of both pasteurized and raw milk cheeses. Each product page includes detailed information regarding the milk type, aging process, and origin to help you make an informed choice.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
