Carmelized Walnuts

These hand-picked walnuts from Spain are slowly carmelized resulting in a toasted caramel melt-in-your-mouth flavor.  The are crisp and crunchy and not so sweet but a perfect complement to all cheeses, especially the soft creamy ones (Robiola La Tur or St. Stephen) or a smooth blue cheese like Fourme D'Ambert or Gorgonzola.  8 oz.
